Allandale Facility Rental Fees

All facilities are rented for a seven (7) hour block of time.

NOTE: Renters must remove flowers, decorations, equipment/supplies, clothing and all other personal personal items immediately upon the completion of their event.

Monday - Thursday rentals are dependent upon the number of attendees and the time of day: range from $75 to $250
All Friday, Saturday, Sunday rentals: $425
Includes:  the Mansion, front lawn, circle drive and formal gardens.

Mansion, Wedding and/or Reception Rentals:

Monday - Thursday rentals are dependent upon the number of attendees and the time of day: range from $175 to $300
All Friday, Saturday, Sunday rentals: $535

Includes: The Mansion (Bride and Groom rooms), front lawn, circle drive formal gardens and 100 "white" folding chairs.
Use of Mansion for bridal photos, no charge if Monday-Friday, 8am - 4 pm.
Misc.: Rehearsals are not guaranteed, dependent upon availability. Renters must remove flowers, decorations, clothing & supplies/equipment immediately upon the completion of their event.

Library Rentals (12 attendees maximum):

The Library is not rented on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. Monday - Thursday, 8am - 3pm: $50
Monday - Thursday, 8am - 3pm, use of kitchen: $75

Heron Dome Rentals:

All "Dome" rentals: $150  
Rental of the Mansion is a prerequisite for renting the "Dome."

Dance Barn Rentals:

All Dance Barn rentals: $275
Dance Barn rentals require  the renter to have a Kingsport City Fire Inspector on duty.

Picnic Area and Gazebo Rentals:

Picnic and Gazebo rentals: $150

Picnic Pavilion Rentals:

All Picnic Pavilion rentals: $195
Picnic Pavilion rentals do not require  a Kingsport City Fire Inspector to be on duty.

Photo Session Fees (2 hour minimum):

Allandale renters (Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm):No charge
Allandale renters (Monday - Thursday, 4pm - 9pm): $25/hour
Non-renters (Monday - Friday, 8am - 9 pm): $50/hour Non-renters (Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm, gardens & grounds only): $25/hour

Misc.:
All photography sessions are by appointment only and scheduling is subject to the availability of the facility.
Photography sessions cannot be guaranteed until two (2) weeks prior to the requested date.
Photo sessions must be scheduled two (2) weeks in advance.
Rental time includes equipment setup, changing and photo session.

Other Fees:

Extra time: $50/hour
Altering contracts within two weeks of your event: $100
Additional folding chairs: $1/chair
Chivari chairs (indoor use only): $2/chair
Tables (4' and 5' round, 6' and 8' rectangular): $5/table
TV / DVD / VCR: $35 per event
Grand Piano and Disklavier: $50 per event
Event cancelation: must be made 90 days prior to the scheduled rental date to receive a reimbursement of the rental deposit
