Traditional old world charm and elegance along with a splash of fashion and imagination are key ingredients in holiday decorating. Allandale Mansion will contain the best of these when it opens its doors to the public for tours December 1 and 2.

Once again Allandale Mansion will be decorated for the holiday season. Our decorator has used his creativity to assure that every room is unique and reflects the beauty and elegance of the period. Ornaments and decorations have been selected to accent the Mansion's decor.

Experience the magic of the season during our holiday tours featuring music, wassail and tour guides in antebellum attire. You may also wish to have your family photographed in front of one of our beautiful trees.

Sponsors of the event are Absolute Communications, Debbie Locke, Realtor - Town and Country, Eastman Chemical Company, Hot Dog Huts, Kingsport Times-News, Pillar to Post, and Stewart and Associates, Inc.

Tours are Saturday, December 1 from 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. and Sunday, December 2 from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Admission is $3 for adults, $2 for senior citizens, and $1 for children under 12. There is no admission fee for children under six. Family photographs commemorating your visit to Allandale Mansion will be available for $5.
