GENERAL RULES

1. The bartender is responsible for disposal of trash he/she accumulates during the event. Trash, including empty bottles, is to be taken to the dumpster located behind Allandale Mansion.

2. The bartender will need to bring his/her own ice.

3. Coolers of ice may be stored on the breezeway. If coolers are brought into the house, they must be placed on a table or on a plastic liner to prevent damage to the floor.

4. Beer kegs are not permitted inside the mansion. However, tap machines may be used inside.

5. Care must be taken when opening champagne bottles with respect to the area in which you open the bottle.

6. Designated smoking areas are on the porches and outside area. Smoking is not allowed inside the mansion.

PREPARATION

1. Preparation for bar supplies should be done in the morning room (behind the kitchen). Allandale will provide a cutting board and knives in these areas for the bartender's convenience.

2. Allandale will provide 6-foot and 8-foot tables for bar setup upon request. Arrangement will need to be made ahead of time by calling Allandale at least five days in advance.

CLEAN UP

1. Excess ice is to be emptied ONLY in location designated by Curator. Please ask Allandale staff about location to empty ice.

2. All empty bottles are to be disposed of in the dumpster which is located behind the mansion.
